Madison Stemmler has an employment practice with a focus on management-side labour and employment matters. She is a pragmatic, collaborative and compassionate advocate committed to providing practical and business-minded advice in all areas of workplace law.
She advises clients in all areas of labour and employment law including labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, wrongful dismissal actions, human rights, accommodation, occupational health and safety and employment standards.
She received her Juris Doctor from Queen's University where she was the recipient of the Queen's Law Prize in Business Associations, International Criminal Law and International Human Rights Law.
Madison summered and articled at Bennett Jones before returning as an associate in 2021. She is a member of the Advocates' Society and volunteers her time with the Pro Bono Ontario Free Legal Advice Hotline.
Outside of the law, Madison is passionate about singlehandedly keeping physical bookstores alive and in business and finding the perfect grilled cheese recipe.
