Vancouver Convention Centre (Vancouver): advising Marathon Realty on the development of the entirety of Coal Harbour, concluding with the rezoning, subdivision and sale to the Province of the Vancouver Convention Centre (West) site. Subsequently, advising B.C. Pavilion Corporation on the Vancouver Convention Centre Expansion project, through design, permits, construction and commissioning of the Expansion to serve the 2010 Olympic Games and the Greater Vancouver region afterwards
Advising BC PavCo renovation transactions and projects, including BC Place Stadium upgrade agreements and RFPs, ground leases, rezonings, subdivisions, servicing and development agreements for development of BC Place adjacent lands for casino-hotel and district energy utilities projects
Advising Ivanhoe Cambridge on Oakridge Centre Master Planning Agreements
Advising CN Real Estate and Canada Lands Company in connection with various land and building developments and sales, including 401 Burrard Street, Pacific Business Centre, Glenlyon Business Park, Bayside Village (Victoria), CFB Chilliwack, CMHC Lands and Building Portfolio, 900 Howe Street, Garden City Lands Richmond and other projects
Negotiation of construction, management and financing agreements for P3 Sports Complexes in Lower Mainland municipalities
