Cole Shrimpton has a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.
Cole graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law in 2024 with distinction. Before attending law school, Cole graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan where he received the Goodspeed Award for achieving the highest cumulative academic average in his graduating class.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Cole's prior experiences include working at a regional western Canadian law firm, an international public accounting firm, a financial investigations firm and on his family's cattle ranch.
