Conor Holash has a general commercial litigation practice. He has appeared before the Provincial Courts of Alberta and Saskatchewan, the Courts of Queen's Bench of both provinces, and has assisted with matters before the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, and Federal Court of Canada, as well as construction arbitration proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Conor practised at a local Edmonton firm and a firm in Saskatchewan, where he received the CPLED Award of Distinction for the highest marks in the 2017-2018 Saskatchewan CPLED Bar Admissions Program.
Prior to his legal career, Conor worked as a House of Commons page, as a guide in Canada’s Parliament buildings and at the Vimy Ridge National Historic Site in France. He also served as bilingual communications coordinator for a national non-profit developing civic education programming for primary and secondary school students in English and French.
In law school, Conor was involved in mooting and in multiple Law Show productions. He was awarded first place in the 2015 Dean’s Cup Moot Competition, and was a member of the winning team in the 2016 Bennett Jones Cup in Health Law Advocacy, for which he was given the award for best oral argument.
