Hannah Johnston’s practice focuses on real property, including real estate and lending transactions, construction, procurement and commercial real estate. 

She has experience in transactions involving buying, selling, leasing, financing and development of infrastructure and real estate including apartment and office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties. As a member of the Infrastructure group, Hannah advises owners and contractors on drafting and negotiating various project development agreements, including design-build, construction management and CCDC standard forms with supplementary conditions. Hannah’s work has benefited a wide range of clients from developers and commercial entities to hospitals and transportation authorities.
