Jamie O'Sullivan has a corporate law practice with a focus on commercial real estate. With a decade of experience in the legal profession, he has broad experience advising clients on a variety of real estate transactions and corporate matters.
Jamie regularly represents developers, investors and property owners in matters relating to both commercial and residential land, including transactions involving buying, selling, leasing financing and development. He also has an extensive knowledge of share purchase and asset purchase transactions.
He earned his Bachelor of Civil Laws - European (Law with French Law) from University College Dublin in 2012. Jamie also completed a Superior Certificate in French and European Law at Panthéon-Assas University Paris II in 2011 and earned his Master of Laws in Law and Globalization from the University of Bristol in 2014.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones in 2023, Jamie trained and practiced as a solicitor at Arthur Cox LLP in Dublin from 2018 to 2022, where he gained extensive experience in corporate and real estate law. He also worked at a prominent international law firm from 2022 to 2023.
Jamie is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Ireland.
