Sam McDonald represents taxpayers from audit to appeal. He is an Osgoode Hall LLM tax law candidate where he writes on issues ranging from intergenerational transfers to tax shelters. Sam is known for his patience and attention to detail.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Sam practiced at a boutique litigation firm in the areas of insurance, employment and estate law. He achieved the academic credential of First Class Standing in law school and graduated summa cum laude in his undergraduate degree.
Outside the firm, Sam is a director of the BC Feed the Kids Foundation, a registered charity funding food initiatives at schools in the Fraser Valley.
