Devon Luca advises on and solves business-critical issues for Canadian and international organizations. In addition to her general commercial litigation and arbitration practice, Devon also focuses on securities related matters, including transactional litigation, internal investigations and white-collar defence.
Devon has appeared as counsel to clients before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Queen's Bench of Alberta, the Ontario Securities Commission and in arbitrations.
Prior to joining the firm, Devon clerked for five justices of the British Columbia Supreme Court. She then practiced at another leading national firm.
During her education, Devon served as a research assistant to her professors and as a tutor to her peers. She also volunteered her time at Queen’s Law’s Business Law Clinic where she provided start-ups and small businesses from across the country with pro-bono legal services.
