Vanessa partners with commercial real estate players to craft strategic, well-structured agreements that enable clients to close transactions smoothly, secure financing and focus on growth.

Vanessa supports her clients through the purchase and sale of real estate assets and the financing of construction projects. From drafting purchase and sale agreements to preparing security documents for financing, she offers end-to-end guidance, tailoring each agreement to meet her clients' objectives while effectively managing risk.

In addition to her transactional work, Vanessa regularly writes on key developments in the commercial real estate industry, contributing to both the firm and industry publications to help clients stay informed and ahead of market trends. Vanessa is also actively involved in the real estate community through her participation in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
