Sam Kennedy is building a dynamic corporate practice. Clients appreciate his understanding of their business needs and problem-solving skills, trusting him to deliver value-driven solutions in complex M&A and capital markets transactions.

Before joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Sam gained valuable experience at another leading corporate law firm, where he further developed his skills in business law.

While studying at the University of Montréal, Sam spent a semester abroad at the University of Lisbon and completed a clerkship at the Superior Court of Québec. He also received the Roy-Bélanger and LSA Involvement scholarships in recognition of his outstanding community involvement and excellent academic record.
