Dunni is a knowledge management lawyer and works primarily with the firm's Corporate and Oil and Gas groups.
Before joining Bennett Jones, Dunni maintained a general business law practice in another Calgary law firm, with a focus on corporate finance, securities and private mergers and acquisitions. Dunni also advised early-stage companies on various matters, including company formation, seed financings, venture capital investments and general corporate and commercial matters.
Dunni previously worked with the TSX Trust Company where she assisted clients in a wide range of domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, including equity and debt transactions as well as depositary and escrow arrangements in public mergers and acquisitions.
In her spare time, Dunni loves to sing, travel and participate in community development activities.
