Laura Gill has been appointed to the boards of directors of the Calgary Zoo and the Wilder Institute. In these roles, Laura will bring her extensive commercial disputes legal experience to work with other board members to guide the mission, vision and policy of the Calgary Zoo and Wilder Institute. 

The Calgary Zoo is recognized internationally for its commitment to world-class animal care and habitat design practices. The Wilder Institute, which oversees the Calgary Zoo’s conservation portfolio, collaborates with local and global partners to develop science-based solutions to sustain wildlife and wild places, with view to being Canada’s leader in wildlife conservation.
