David Little focuses on construction and infrastructure, procurement, public private partnerships, development and service delivery.
David has extensive experience with major projects, facilities, service models, transportation and energy. He is a fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers.
He is recognized by Chambers Canada for Projects: PPP and Infrastructure; Lexpert for Infrastructure; and Best Lawyers for Construction Law. He is a Member of the PPP Task force, Public Sector Accounting Board, CPA Institute of Canada (which establishes the public private accounting standards for the public sector); Past Chair of the Development Issues Committee of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties; he has been an Adjunct Professor at the UBC Faculty of Law; and an Instructor for the Property Owners and Managers Association.
He is ranked by national and international ranking agencies and is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers (CCCL).
David is a regular contributor to the profession and business community through speaking, publications and task force involvement.
