Claire Lingley has a corporate commercial law practice with a focus on regulatory, environmental, energy and Aboriginal matters across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, mining and energy and natural resources. She has experience advising and implementing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices and reporting within organizations as well as advising on navigating the regulatory and environmental/impact assessment and operating permitting processes.
In the transactional context, Claire acts for a range of parties, assessing due diligence and environmental liability, and negotiating and drafting agreements.
Claire summered and articled with Bennett Jones prior to joining the firm as an associate in the Vancouver office. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
