Kristin Kightley has extensive experience with corporate law, including complex tax re-organizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchase transactions and due diligence. Kristin also works on incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, limited partnerships and extra-provincial and business name registrations.
Kristin is a member of the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
