Navdeep Kaur has a general litigation practice.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Navdeep was an associate at a regional law firm in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador. Before transitioning her practice to Canada, Navdeep practiced law in India. Navdeep has appeared before the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador―both General and Family Divisions, as well as the Provincial Court.
Previously, Navdeep was Section Chair of the Women Lawyers Forum, Newfoundland & Labrador Branch, of the Canadian Bar Association. As a participant of the Canadian Bar Association's Young Lawyers International Programme, funded by Global Affairs Canada, Navdeep worked as a Legal and Policy Intern with the Social, Policy and Governance Section of UNICEF Viet Nam, at the United Nations Viet Nam Country Office.
Navdeep is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
