Carol Billingsley is a senior commercial real estate paralegal with over 25 years' experience and has been involved in all aspects of real estate including acquisition and sale of residential, industrial, office, retail and other commercial properties, due diligence matters on large complex national transactions, dealings with strata title filings, subdivisions and cancelations. Carol has worked closely with our real estate lawyers since arriving at Bennett Jones in 2014 on a variety of land assembly, subdivision, rezoning and development projects and adds a wealth of analytical, diplomatic and organizational skills to our team's ability to deal with complex transactions and projects.
