Stacy assists lawyers and clients with ongoing securities regulatory filings through the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR+) and the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI). She also assists in securities-related transactions and other matters, including public offerings, rights offerings, private placements and continuous disclosure obligations, as well as preparing exempt distribution and CDS filings, including ISIN/CUSIP requests.
In addition to her securities work, Stacy conducts and coordinates due diligence across Canada and the United States, compiles and summarizes due diligence reports, files Alberta Personal Property (PPR) registrations, amendments and discharges, and submits documents to the International Registry of Mobile Assets.
Stacy stays active in the paraprofessional community and is a member of the Alberta Association of Professional Paralegals (AAPP).
