Bennett Jones has advised on nine of the top 100 projects featured in the 2025 Top100 Infrastructure Projects Report, published by ReNew Canada. These projects collectively represent over $44 billion in infrastructure development.

In British Columbia, we acted on six projects worth over $36 billion, representing more than 50 percent of the province’s projects identified by ReNew Canada. In Ontario, we advised on one project worth $4.7 billion and in Alberta, two projects worth just over $3 billion.

The 2025 Top100 Infrastructure Projects Report showcases the largest projects from across sectors including: energy (hydroelectric, transmission, nuclear and natural gas); transit (LRT, rail, BRT and subway); buildings (health care, public spaces, military and social infrastructure); transportation (highway, bridge and port); and other (water/wastewater, remediation and communications).
