Ben acts for public and private companies in both established and emerging markets, with experience in various sectors including healthcare, cryptocurrencies and technology. He has experience in leveraged buyouts, corporate reorganizations, financings and other corporate and capital markets transactions. In addition to his transactional practice, Ben regularly assists clients with day-to-day corporate matters.
