Karen has over 20 years experience as a paralegal practicing commercial litigation. She supports lawyers in all aspects of file management and document preparation from inception through to trial or settlement. Karen has experience assisting with the management of complex, multi-party and document intensive litigation.
Karen has worked on matters at all levels of Court in BC, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada and Federal Court. She also has experience with the various Lobbyists Registries across Canada and has prepared and managed client filings related to their lobbying activities.
Karen is a current member, as well as a former Director and Membership Chair, of the BC Paralegal Association. She is a former volunteer and manager of the Law Court Center's Amici Curiae program, assisting self-represented litigants through the court process.
