Victoria Kriviak has a general litigation practice, with a focus on commercial litigation, securities litigation, language rights and human rights law, health law, and employment law. Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Victoria summered and articled with the firm.
Victoria is the co-author of the recently published Annotated Alberta Employment Standards Code.
