He also has experience advising on public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, proxy contests and special committee processes, and has been involved in a number of restructurings of insolvent companies. In addition, Kris provides ongoing advice to public companies on their disclosure, corporate governance and other corporate and securities law obligations.
