Eugenia Bilokin is a senior real estate law clerk working on a variety of commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive experience with complex multi-property and multi-jurisdiction transactions, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial real estate properties, including office and apartment buildings, shopping centres, hotels, industrial, railway and mining properties.
Eugenia's expertise includes conducting real property title searches in both Land Titles and Registry systems and rectifying title deficiencies, real property due diligence, drafting closing documents and correspondence, preparing real estate registration documents, and dealing with title insurance companies in connection with obtaining owner's and lender's policies.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones in 2018, Eugenia worked as a law clerk at another major Canadian business law firm.
