Erin has a broad energy regulatory practice which includes the areas of regulatory approvals and project applications, utilities and rates, environmental, Indigenous and surface rights matters. She has assisted clients with matters before provincial and federal tribunals, including the Alberta Utilities Commission, the Alberta Energy Regulator, and the Alberta Land and Property Rights Tribunal, as well as Alberta courts.
Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Erin summered and articled with the firm. Erin also summered with a large energy infrastructure company while in law school, and previously worked as a geoscience summer student with oil and gas companies during her undergraduate degree.
